Route 9 Design & Build, Inc. consists of me, a registered architect for several years, a junior architect who is also a construction supervisior and project manager, an estimator/project manager, a draftsman and an office manager. As a full architectural firm, we are experienced in all phases of architecture, from predesign through project closeout. We use Computer Aided Design software, both 2D and 3D to produce our drawings, making them easily correctable, easily sharable which allows our clients to better visualize the project as it takes shape. Our clients know that when they hire our architectural firm, they also benefit from the added perspective we gained and maintain throughout the building arm of our company. The extensive knowledge of and experience in construction help us produce designs that are efficient and ready to build. We speak the contractors and subcontractors' language, and as such, are able to communicate effectively with them in order to streamline the construction work and lessen their chances for mistakes, thus avoiding cost overruns. This emphasis on clear and effective communication with everyone involved in the project, including the client, the community at large, other interested groups, and the regulatory agencies, is a standard practice and the staple of all our projects.

As a design and build company, we have designed, managed and built projects all through Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York, and as far as Colorado, where my practice was first established. Each project, whether designed or built, reflects our commitment to doing quality work.
