It’s one thing to pass inspection, but it’s another thing to go above and beyond what is required of you. To show our commitment to efficiency, Route 9 Design Build is an energy star partner; the Energy Star homes we build use at least 15% less energy than standard homes. In addition, all appliances we install are Energy Star Certified as well.
One example of our efficiency lies in our commitment to florescent light bulbs, which use 75% less energy and last 30 to 50 times longer than your average bulb. If you choose Route 9 Design Build, you can be sure that we won’t be cutting any corners when it comes to energy efficiency.
